1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details once your order has been placed.
2. SHIPPING TIMES
Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are:

3. SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
4. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your delivery status at any time. Please allow 24–48 hours for your tracking number to become active after receiving it.

5. WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the correct shipping address is entered at checkout. Nexvros is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you realize you entered the wrong address, contact us immediately at contact with subject: "Address Change – Order #[Your Order Number]"
We will do our best to update the address, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been fulfilled and shipped.
6. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Nexvros is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the carrier marks them as delivered. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package:

7. DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, contact us within 72 hours of delivery with:

8. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES (International Orders)
Nexvros is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied to international orders. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. We have no control over customs delays or fees imposed by your country's government.
9. SPLIT SHIPMENTS
If you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately and arrive at different times depending on product availability and supplier location. You will receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment.
