We stand behind every product we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with any purchase from Nexvros for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your delivery date — no questions asked.
1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
To qualify for a full refund, ALL of the following must be met:

Return request submitted within 30 calendar days of the date your order was marked delivered by the carrier (not the order date)

Item is in original, like-new condition — unused, unworn, undamaged, and unmodified

All original packaging, accessories, manuals, tags, and included parts must be present

A valid order number or proof of purchase is required

Item must have been purchased directly from Nexvros — we do not accept returns for items bought from third-party resellers
2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstance:

Items marked "Final Sale" at time of purchase

Digital downloads or software once accessed or downloaded

Personalized or custom-made items

Perishable goods (food, consumables, etc.)

Intimate apparel, undergarments, or swimwear for hygiene reasons

Hazardous materials or flammable products

Items damaged due to customer misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modification

Items returned after 30 days of delivery — no exceptions

Items with missing parts, accessories, or original packaging

Items not purchased from Nexvros
3. SAFETY & ELECTRONICS PRODUCTS — SPECIAL TERMS
For any safety devices, detectors, alarms, or electronics sold at Nexvros (e.g., CO₂ detectors, smoke alarms, sensors):

If your device is malfunctioning, producing false readings, or not functioning at all, do NOT continue using it — contact us immediately

Defects must be reported within 72 hours of delivery with photo or video proof
4. HOW TO START A RETURN
Returns sent without authorization will be refused and returned at your expense. Follow these steps:

Include your full name, order number, product name, reason for return, and photos of the item and packaging

5. REFUND PROCESS

Returns are inspected within 3 business days of receipt

Denied: You will be notified in writing; the item will be returned to you at your expense
6. DEFECTIVE OR WRONG ITEMS

7. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund only before they have been shipped

8. FRAUD & ABUSE PREVENTION
Nexvros reserves the right to deny returns and suspend accounts for:
